Dermalux LED – Calm & Restore Phototherapy
A gentle, no-downtime LED light therapy facial designed to calm inflammation, strengthen the skin barrier, and support recovery. Ideal for targeting acute inflammation and redness, including rosacea flares, sensitive or reactive skin, or a compromised skin barrier, post-procedure care, and for patients new to clinical treatments.
The Calm & Restore facial treatment follows a stepped procedure.
Firstly, your skin is cleansed and gently exfoliated to prepare it for optimal LED light absorption. This is followed by application of a calming, gel mask (pH Formula HydraGel Mask) to soothe and hydrate the skin and reduce surface inflammation. Then, we use the medically certified Dermalux LED light wavelengths for 30 minutes.
The phototherapy treatment works at a cellular level to reduce redness, soothe irritation, and promote healing, restoring comfort and balance to sensitive, reactive or compromised skin. Finally, we finish with the application of calming, barrier-supporting ingredients to hydrate, protect, and strengthen the skin barrier.
For optimal results and improvements to skin health, we recommend a course of 12 treatments (each lasting 45 minutes), twice per week, over 6 weeks.
