The Epsom Downs Wedding Fair is one of Surrey’s longest-running wedding fairs, bringing together more than 60 wedding suppliers, fashion shows presented by Brides Visited and a bridal sale featuring more than 180 designer gowns.

Reserve your free spot on Eventbrite and come along with your partner, your mum or your bridesmaids. Whether your wedding is next spring or two years away, the fair is a chance to gather ideas, meet suppliers face to face and make plans in one afternoon.

Meet Trudy and Candice

Our stand will be hosted by Trudy, Advanced Nurse Prescriber, and Candice, Senior Medical Aesthetician. Between them, they plan and deliver every stage of our bridal skin journeys.

They will be on hand throughout the day to talk through the bridal packages, help you decide which approach suits your skin and your timeline, and take bookings for a consultation. Every treatment plan starts with a proper consultation and skin assessment so that it can be tailored to you.

Your complimentary voucher

We will not be carrying out treatments at the fair. Good skin preparation deserves a proper clinic setting, but you will be able to see our Observ skin analysis system and Dermalux LED light on the stand and ask the team how they work.

Every visitor to our stand will receive a complimentary voucher for an Observ skin analysis and Dermalux LED light rejuvenation treatment at the clinic.

Observ uses specialist imaging modes to help skin professionals visualise concerns such as hydration, pigmentation, texture, congestion and sun damage that may not be visible to the naked eye. Paired with a calming LED session, it is a useful first step when you are deciding what your skin may need before your wedding.

Our bridal treatment packages

We have designed seven structured, month-by-month programmes for the whole wedding party. Every package begins with a full consultation and Observ skin assessment, and includes a bespoke pHformula home-care kit to support your results between visits. All packages are available with a monthly payment plan.

For brides

• Miss to Mrs Bridal Glow – a gentle, progressive six-month journey combining facials, peels, microneedling and LED light for a healthy, radiant glow.
• Bride-to-Be Complexion – a twelve-month complexion journey for brides with a longer runway, adding skin boosters and RF skin tightening for a more comprehensive transformation.
• Miss to Mrs Skin Luxe – a six-month programme combining anti-wrinkle treatment, skin boosters, a chemical peel and microneedling.
• The Wedding Skin Luxe – our most complete twelve-month programme, sequencing injectables, boosters, microneedling and skin tightening so each treatment builds on the last.

For bridesmaids

• Ready, Set, Glow – a fast-track three-month reset combining peels, microneedling and LED light to refine texture and boost radiance.

For the mother of the bride

• Timeless – a three-month refresh using microneedling with skin boosters and a pre-wedding HydraFacial® to restore firmness, hydration and glow.
• Skin Glow – a gentler, non-injectable three-month plan using microneedling and LED light for those who prefer a non-invasive approach.

Trudy and Candice will be happy to talk through the options and pricing at the stand. Grooms and other members of the wedding party are also very welcome to come and speak to us.

Why start your wedding skin plan now?

Good wedding skin is not something to rush. Skin treatments are delivered in courses, and your skin needs time to respond and settle between sessions. Injectable treatments have their own timelines too, so we never recommend leaving them until the final weeks before a wedding.

If you are marrying in spring or summer 2027, September is an ideal time to begin a six- or twelve-month programme that finishes well ahead of the day itself. If your date is closer, there is usually still a sensible plan to discuss. An approximate season is enough to start building a timeline, and it can be adjusted when your date is confirmed.

Yes. Entry and parking are free. Reserve your spot on Eventbrite to secure your ticket and receive a reminder before the event.

Will you be doing treatments at the fair?

No. Our Observ and LED devices will be on display so you can see them up close and ask how they work. Every visitor to our stand receives a complimentary voucher for an Observ skin analysis and LED light rejuvenation treatment to redeem at the clinic.

Can I book a package at the fair?

Are the packages just for brides?

Not at all. We have packages for bridesmaids and mothers of the bride, and grooms and other members of the wedding party are very welcome to come and talk to us.
