Dermalux uses targeted red, blue and near-infrared wavelengths, selected to suit your skin. This gentle, non-invasive treatment can:

Is the consultation really free?

Yes — with one honest condition. A £50 booking fee secures your appointment, and it is redeemable in full against any skincare or treatment you book on the day. Most clients put it towards the plan we build together, which means their consultation and scan effectively cost nothing.

What does the OBSERV® 520x scan involve?

It is completely non-invasive — no needles, no downtime. The scanner photographs your face under a series of specialised light modes, revealing pigmentation, sun damage, oil activity, dehydration and redness beneath the surface. It only takes a few minutes, and you will see the images together with your practitioner straight away.

What happens after my scan?

Your practitioner talks you through what the scan shows and what it means for your skin. You will leave with a personalised recommendation — whether that is a treatment plan, a skincare regime, or simply reassurance. There is no obligation to book anything.

Is LED Light Therapy included in the offer?

Yes. Your appointment includes a complimentary Dermalux LED Light Therapy treatment at no additional charge. Your practitioner will first confirm that it is suitable for you, then select the most appropriate red, blue or near-infrared wavelengths for your skin.

How do I redeem my £50 booking fee?
